Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all website development / design services provided by PJ Marketing Solutions Ltd to the Client.
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
2. Payments & Charges
Charges for services to be provided by PJ Marketing Solutions Ltd are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives via email. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. Any associated fees, such as Installation, Setup, are covered within your quote. Any quote delivered by PJ Marketing Solutions is an estimate and any over run from the project will be billed at the standard hourly rate of £45+VAT Per hour.
50% deposit required upon agreement, remaining balance for website design will be cleared once the first draft of the website has been signed off and agreed with the client.
Additional fees may be charged for any services not mentioned on the original quote such as testing and introductory training for Content Management Systems or E Commerce Management Systems.
2.1 Monthly Payment Arrangement
If the full monthly budget assigned to your specific project is not used in full throughout a certain month, the remainder of the budget will be used as your account management/maintenance fee.
2.2 Late Payments
Payment is due as outlined in section 2. Payment should be made no later than 7 days from the due date stated on the invoice provided. Failure to do so will result in a late payment charge, which will be added to your total bill.
If your payment is over 1 month late, PJ Marketing Solutions Ltd will suspend your current active website, suspension/deactivation of a website with an overdue payment of over 1 month will incur an additional charge of £45+VAT to the client. In order to reactivate your website, you will also incur a £45+VAT publishment fee (per website).
PJ marketing Solutions Ltd has the right to charge the client up to 85% of the total web development costs. Should the client cancel the website agreement after the design concepts have been provided but prior to the website going live, the scale of the charge will be dependent on which stage the project is at upon cancellation.
4. Turnaround Time
PJ Marketing Solutions Ltd will install and publicly post or supply the Client’s website by the date specified in the project proposal, or at date agreed with Client upon PJ Marketing Solutions Ltd receiving initial payment, unless a delay is specifically requested by the Client and agreed by PJ marketing Solutions Ltd.
In return, the Client agrees to delegate a single individual as a primary contact to aid PJ Marketing Solutions Ltd with progressing the commission in a satisfactory and expedient manner.
During the project, PJ marketing Solutions Ltd will require the Client to provide website content; text, images, movies and sound files if required for completion of the project.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
